Why is it so hard for some of these guys (rappers, athletes, actors, etc) to leave the illegal game alone once they are at a certain status. Perfect example is T.I. I know he was very well off but why risk where you are now in life for what you did before. Most people that are in the streets are there for reasons of fast money or ways out. Once you get that way out , why not stay out!????
Not only that the hate from the hood is VICIOUS!!!! Not saying there was a need for him to buy that stuff but as we say...you can't teach an old dog new tricks....you can't expect these dudes mentality to change overnight...sad to say that is how some of these ddes came up and they don't know how to leave the hood alone.
I see your point but this isnt overnight as far as TI is concerned. But with some of them I see how they may take some time for them to leave it alone. Especially since they really arent making money like that when they first get their deals. At some point I think the smart thing would be to make a decision cause you can loose everything. Now look at Remy Ma! She is going to jail! Look at Foxy Brown she is in jail! There is a time to grow up and be responsible.
Well said and most people have ahard time turning their backs on where they came from...that is just the way it is...look at Iversons boy who tried to extort him. Look at the dude that got killed in Florida by his lil sisters peeps. It is sad but this is reality for a lot of these "ballers" (who came from the hood)
Yes very sad. Especially since they are so talented and God blessed them with the oppurtunity to make a better way and they still choose the wrong way to go. Its depressing. And I dont see it really as turning their backs on where they came from. Im just saying stop the illegal activities cause thats not making where they came from better. When they get the means to make their hoods better then do that. Become a positive role model!
What do you expect when you donate to a relief fund?? I ask because the familes of the victims in the Chardon High school shooting are suing the United Way because they only recieved $150,000 of…Continue
