Try a chair with no arms, once you get that down just lean forward when on top in bed, kinda over him like he does you missionary...and go, depends on teh man really. Some guys don't like not being in control.

turn around and give a back view.....also try with both feet flat on the bed and bounce......if you don't like that, lean back with your feet almost under his arm pitts with your hands as leverage between his legs......you can get a good motion this way
