Damn skippy! There is no retirement plan or promise of marriage at the end of this road - but if you come in with a plan and get a business financed you've done damn good. There is no excuse not to have your own money coming in, its garunteed and it just feels good (how you get that business start up cash is a different story). I own two businesses and if a guy ever runs out on me I'm just fine, and I don't have to search for the next one to maintain my lifestyle. Invest, Invest, Invest...invest in yourself, invest in a business, invest in real estate, invest.

And when you can, spend his, and keeps yours!

I have dated a few NBA and NFL players. Nine times out of ten they are not looking to finance your life style. I work for a living and this may sound stupid but I never ask any of them for anything (and I have slept with guys with major contracts) however, when they come into town I am taken care of or when I fly wherever I am taken care of. You have to do you and don't fall in love because you will get disappointed. So basically my best advice is - it is what it is.

We all have needs and sometimes our desires are the things that really put us in uncomfortable situations, and many times we choose wrong because we want something. There is nothing wrong with nice things, but any person should be willing to work for what they want. Everything does not come easy, and when it does look for the backlash because you have to be prepared to handle your blessing in thought and in deed. Being attracted to a baller just for his money in not the answer because that will get old really quick. There has to be something else you want from the relationship and you still have to be willing to give up more than your body to meet his needs and yours. Plus there has to be an attraction there that is not just physical. Get that paper if you can because I'm going to keep doing me. I'm willing to work for what I want, and stay off my knees and back while sleeping alone in my own world. I'm looking forward to my old age with my two dark black Labs at my side.( one day when I can afford) if I snag me a celebrity baller along the way who has understanding then I'm his for life legs closed.

Okay I'm typing from my phone so excuse it if it post twice. But I'm new on here and def don't want to offend anyone. But prior to this original post reading what some members write in other discussions are contradicting to what they are saying now. I've read post like " how to keep your baller , once you get him" or " how to get a baller" or " how to get that relationship" but now everyone is stating they are not in it for the money but previous post saying how to get him up out of his pockets, so what is it ladies? Are u in it for the money or the sex or for the moment ? And if its the moment , you don't need a baller for that, there is local guys with less money that give you that feel for the moment? And most previous post , I see ladies saying oh its not for the sex but in another post they are asking how to keep the sex and head game poppin or its not for the money but are asking how should u get money out of him, it seems like once someone post a new idea everyone rolls with it. Just a thought, don't mean to offend anyone.

No disprespect but as a successful woman holding an MBA learn how to write. I am tired of people trying to make relevant points and can't even put two words together. Your message gets lost when people are trying to decipher your words/sentences.

This is "baller alert" but alot of women on here are in relationships. Take away the financial aspect of it all and it is about their "man" or the man they are feeling and want the relationship to progress. If your man works at the Electric Co you will still want him to buy you those shoes you saw at the mall and want to know of a way to ask him, once he does you want to read up on a new way to please him for doing so. Just substitute "baller" for "man" or "significant other" all info is still relevant and even funny. We talk about everything here. Alot of you people look at this sight like C.Delores Tucker looks at rap music. Stop looking at all the "bad" stuff and lean back relax and enjoy. It really isn't that serious.
