My girls who live in Houston say they are always in the club. Check out indmix.com for some party details. I've also heard most ballers live in Sugarland or Spring, so maybe check something out up that way. Maybe you could check out the Vince Young event.
I don't know much else, because I don't live there, this is just some general info that was relayed to me from them.

You should sign up for guestlist and parties in Houston. They almost always have an athlete host a party. Most likely a Rocket or Texan. You should listen to the radio and see where their after parties are. That's how I got started. I listened to the radio and signed up for various guestlist to get in the mix. Now I just know!
