We talk a lot about beauty products and that's great information and so helpful, but I was wondering aside from working out, and eating right, what else are you ladies doing to take care of your body? Is anyone on a good vitamin regimine that seems to work? I'm taking Folic Acid and just a regular multi vitamin, but I'm curious to see what others are doing.
LMAO, thanks, you say that like you are speaking from experience. My doctor told me I should try it just for it's overall health benefits it but also I'm on the pill. I mean not that that's full proof but I'm just saying. I will say that since I started taking it my hair and nails have been stronger.
I take a multi vitamin and flaxseed oil (in pill form) daily. I've just recently cut out trans fat, high fructose corn syrup, and white starches...these among many other things are really bad for your body!
