WHERE TO GO TO IN A CITY

This post in kind of a continuation of "Who to Know in Each City"...but this one is about places and events...
Please help each other out by telling about where to go and where to avoid in your city...primarily the places where we'd be most likely to catch the man that we are targeting...be it a hotel, restaurant, club....let us know...
I'll start...if your in Miami..South Beach is the place to be but there are some do's and don'ts
Do...hit Karu & Y (downtown on 14th st) on Thursdays, Clinton Portis, Bryant Mckennie , Fat Joe, Diddy, Mary J. have been known to frequent this spot...there is a cover charge so you'll want to get to know someone to get you past the general line..not really a vip so you'll have a good shot to get at that baller..BUT so will every one else
Do...hit the Fifth (south beach on the corner of 5th st and Lennox) on friday nights..Larry Johnson, Randy Moss, Big Tigger (don't know if i'd call him a baller though), Dwayne Wade, Fred Taylor have been known to frequent this spot...but it's hard to get into unless your with someone who bought a table I've seen people wait outside for 3 hrs just to get in...
Do...hit the Forge on Sunday...another place most athletes hit up when their in town...but it only pop until around 2 am then everybody goes to mansion
Don't EVER EVER EVER go to SOBE LIVE this is image suicide..it's on the beach but it's built for "thugs" and over the hill rappers...unless gold teeth dreads and bottles of smirnoff vodka are your thing avoid this place
Don't get caught at any club between 5th and 9th...these are dive bars and reject clubs...

Vegas (things change daily there - this is from 3 months ago and the names I can remember - it also can change if there is an event)
Tuesday - Moon (Palms)
Thursday - Tryst (Wynn)
Friday - Prive (Planet Hollywood)
Saturday - Just about anywhere - Jet (Mirage), Pure (Ceasers), Tao (Venetian), there's one inside of the Luxor - I forget the name, and there is an ultra exclusive one on the side of the Luxor - its hot too death - I forget the name, Sundays - Poetry or Pure - are my favs
Stripclubs: Spearmint Rhino (my fav) and Scores
Eat at Nine(Palms) - everyone goes there, Tao(Venetian), Joe's(The Fourm Shops)
Stay at the Palms (I think players get discounts or something because they are always there - George Maloof likes young, petite black girls with weaves), Wynn, The Hotel at Mandaly Bay, and the Four Seasons.

Planet Hollywood just opened and it seems like they are gearing to the young crowd...the music in the casino is 2pac..Biggie...and all the latest urban hits. They have a restaurant name Koi that everyone goes to now....
My favorite club in Vegas is Tao....

I didn't know it was a Geisha House in ATL....I went to the one in LA and it was good...I love Japanese food. I will have to check it out....

I agree with this list EXCEPT for Leapord Lounge. I went last week, and was surrounded by college kids. The crowd was hella young. Dudes kept asking me what my "major" was...

I don't do clubs I do lounges, network and eat. I go to parties when I get a private invite. When I do go out:

Gansevoort
Soho Grand
Star Lounge
Mandarin Oriental
Tillman's
Various restaurants and non descript places I will post more as they come to me these are off the top of my head.
