Good question... And you may be onto something... Most dudes I "chose" weren't worth the time... And being completely honest, on first glance I would've never "chose" my husband but I'm definitely blessed to have him...

It's not about stroking his ego..it's about allowing him the space to still be a man. I think a lot of women (I was guilty in my past) ignore the signs of when we are NOT being chosen and that is how we end up being hurt. A lot of times we end up choosing men and emasculate them in the process which can be a turn off.

Because of her lowself esteem to love a good man like him or to appreciated him as a good provider instead looking at him like a dog like others men's
