All of this makes me so upset! I will keep you and your niece in prayer as well as your mom and sister so they can open their eyes. Kudos to you for having the courage to say something. So many people turn a blind eye.

Wow, I'm speechless... You and your family are in my prayers. I hope this situation gets fixed and everything done in the dark comes to light.

I've never understood how some women just disregard their kids when they confide in them about being molested.  When my daughter was 2, she use to go over an older (female) cousin's house while I went to work.  The cousin was raising her 6 year old  ADHD great-great grandson.  Well one day out of the blue, my TWO year old tells me that the grandson touched her between her legs.  ALL HEL BROKE LOSE.......

 

I called the sitter at 6am and told her my child wouldnt be back and why. I was very clam, cool and collected. I even told her I was going to pay her for that last week. SHe was upset and called her father (they're his people).  He comes over and rushes her to the doctor; meanwhile, the cousin grills the grandson.  By this time, his WHOLE family knows.  He was only 6 so there was no penetration, and the doctor said she was fine.

 

That night his sister calls to TRY and 'check' me.  SHe had the nerve to tell me that I needed to call the sitter and apologized. I warned auntie that I wasnt rude to that old lady but I wasnt kissing NOBODY'S azz about it either.  In Auntie's mind, the doctor said she was OK so that meant nothing happened and I needed to apologize because I had the sitter questioning the grandson. 

 

Anyhoo, I went up one side of that b***h's azz and down the other.  SHe acted like I was suppose to wait for him to f**k her or something.......naw, F**K YOU!!!!!!  If he didnt do anything, you muthaf**kas should have caught THAT on camera; otherwise, F**K ALL OF YOU!!!!!  I'm rollin with MINE and if she's lying on his azz.......TOO BAD FOR HIM.  I must admit that I felt much better after cussing the aunt out.  I needed to go off on somebody and she was right on time.

@smitty yea my mom was like there are no marks on her so he can't be doing anything. I'm like huh? What kind of marks do touching leave?? Did I have marks on me when ur brother was looking down my shirt and rubbin my breasts?? I guess he didn't do anything either. Lol smh

That's sh*t is crazy! Not only the mothers but the whole family sometime turns on the child. I know my friend has a son (4) and his male cousin (10) was trying to do him. He had lotioned the little boy's butt and was tryna penetrate. My friend confronted her sister cuz she caught them in the act and the sister cussed her out. Then the grandmother stopped speaking to her b/c she was trying to take up for her son. She took him to ER, which is were they said there was lotion but no penetration.

@Love you are an inspiration to others that have been in your situation or may think something strange is going on but don't want to rock the boat by saying anything.  This is why I love BA, it's a great forum where you can speak honestly and get support from other women.  It would be great if you could have gotten the camera in the house but at this point what more can you really do?  You tried, I commend you for that, good luck, I hope lil mama is ok :(

You've done all you could do. Since your mother called the police it will be documented somewhere.  At least you've put everyone on high alert. Stay away for a while and deal with your situation. Just pray for your niece's safety and for you sister to get some common sense.   I guarantee you, sometime in the near future your mother will end her relationship with this man over something totally different.

People kill me.  And my bad, my daughter was 2 and he was 8.  Her aunt, who has NO kids, tried to come with that 'kids play' sh*t.......like she was 2 and he was 3.  So after I cussed her azz out and hung up, I looked it up. The law does taken into consideration that kids do experiment with each other but it had an age limit.  A six year difference was more than enough for it to be considered a crime. It was about 3 weeks before I spoke with the aunt again.  To this day her azz does not voice any opinion about what I do about mine. 

 

Now my baby's grandmother, never said a word to me about it.  I found out later that she had warned her daughter to stay out of it, too.  She understood that that was MY ONLY CHILD, and right or wrong, I was protecting her.  Somebody could have really gotten hurt f**king with me that day.

I don't know why people think it's ok as long as there wasn't penetration... I know of a couple of situations where boys have been molested by older guys via fellatio & people don't think it's that big of a deal because of the lack of penetration... SMH I wish a mother sucker would...
