Comedian Kevin Hart, who has recently appeared in The 40-Year-Old Virgin, Little Fockers and Scary Movie 3, has formally filed for divorce from his wife of nearly eight years, Torrei.
The legal docs state that the couple was married on May 22, 2003, and separated on February 5, 2010.
The former couple have two children, 5 year old daughter, Heavenly, and a son, Hendricks, who is 3.
Hart cites irreconcilable differences for the split, and is seeking joint custody of the children. Kevin is asking the court to not give any spousal support to Torrei.
The 31-year-old is also asking that his estranged wife not be allowed to leave the state of California with their children without his permission or a court order.

A while back I was getting a drink at the Nordstrom Cafe inside and I was not purposely watching people- but people walk by from inside I was looking out at people's look at handbags/shoes. This asian girl not mixed; who was a head taller than him walked right past Kevin. He was alone she did not turn in his direction or look at him he spun around literally to go up to her but turned back around. I had no idea who he was but his GOOFY,FUNNY looking face was familiar I knew was some sort of actor.

Kevin is a LIAR. He kept telling Torrei, at first, that they were going to work on their marriage. I was at an event recently with my football playing boo and he was there with a white girl. This was three weeks ago. I am sure it was him because my baller went to his table and damn near asked for his autograph said hi. The white girl was OPEN too. Sitting on his lap and EVERYTHING. He's a scumbag. A funny scumbag but a scumbag nonetheless, and he's going to have bad karma because of it.
