I like basball but I only watch when the home team is a contender.  In other words,  I havent watched a game in a LOOOOONG time...lol.  I noticed on the news that a couple of perfect games have been thrown recently steriods.

LOL... What is a perfect game? Does that mean the opposing team didn't get any hits? I'm sorry I'm learning lol.. Oh they wear them pants nicely LOL

A perfect game means no hits or walks......3 men up and all 3 men "strike out" through each inning.  A 'no hitter' means nobody got any hits but they did reach base on balls (walks) or errors.  Errors happen when the outfielders bungle balls they should have caught for an out.  So basically you can throw a no hitter and still give up runs.  Perfect games are rare. 

An earned run is one you got off of a hit.  An unearned run is one you got off an error or walk.

Learning the game is nice and all but uh....

Baseball is important because that's where the money is at and the careers last longer!  Humph I need to watch a little more baseball myself!   I wouldn't recognize any baseball player other than A Rod!

It's better if u go to a game. When I was younger, I worked at the stadium & it is so much better than on tv

MY SIS BEST friend took her dad to one and she said it was looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong and boring

LOL.....if it was long and boring, that means the pitchers were pitching their azzes off.  You have to really be into it to appreciate games like that.  If they're knocking out of the park every other minute, somebody SUCKS and their azz is going to be demoted to triple A....lol
