I am a product junkie...
I give a lot of money to that billion dollar a year industry. Some work and some don't.
I bought that Smooth Away (Hair Removal) thing advertised on tv. It's suppose to be crystals that basically rubs away unwanted hair. That s*** is basically an emory board. It does Exfoliate but it ain't removing no hair.
Please post beauty products that don't work.

Product Junkie checking in! That Ped Egg, should have just bought a pumice stone (I think I'm the only idiot who thought it was battery operated, I got it home like WTF).

If you rub that area long enough it eventually does remove the hair......but I wouldn't call it exfoliation in the process. Plus you have to keep washing the file off as you go. I spent 40+ mins doin 1 part of my leg under the knee and ended up shaving the rest of my legs the old fashioned way. That s*** left my skin (where I used it) feeling dry as sandpaper for the next 2 weeks. I had to use lotion on that area 3-4 times a day. Not a good look.

Oh no I have seen them using those yet, lord that thing is a waste. I'd rather they use that liquid stuff (I found it at Sally's btw) that they let sit on for 3 minutes and then file away any dead skin.

I bought the ped egg and thought it worked pretty well. You don't have to worry it about breaking.
