I met a guy in Paris.. and even though his skin is black he don't act like these niggas here at ALL. Does this count as dating outside of my race? lol

My friend told me it wasn't... she said if his skin is black he is black.

His race is black his nationality is french.

what does HE say? he's skin is black but he's french. In my experience black (skinned) men from other countries don't really identify with black american men. They have their own cultures, beliefs and mentalities... and most don't understand ours.
