i'm 100 percent sure is not allowed to use the internet or even send text messages why can't somebody hack somebody who really uses their twitter's account like hmm

I saw that too! I unfollowed and blocked that ass with the quickness! Hacked or not I don't want that type of stuff around me I was pissed when I couldn't get that first tweet off my timeline.

It's so terrible...it happens all over the world. There are markets for it everywhere..I'm glad it's being brought to light but soo sad for that poor baby. Unfortunately she is only one of many.
