If he's a doctor...he probably wants a conservative home body w/goals....if a guy were to tell you he was w/this singer and that vid model it would set off an alarm yes?it may be to late but I'd act as if I've done a 360..."that lifestyle isn't for me anymore,I want more"....talk less about other men you see.less is more allow his mind to wonder.

Stop caring what men think about you and continue to do you. Some man is always going to disapprove of something you are doing. Do you enjoy your life? If so, why would you want to downplay that? Don't let anyone put you in a box. I would have laughed him off and reminded him where I met him and asked does that make him an industry dude? Let him know you are young and having fun until someone wants to make you a priority in their life. Period. Stop explaining yourself to these men who are not you man.

I have to agree with BeautyandBrains.. were you telling him all of that just to get a reaction? He is a professional baller not an entertainment industry dude adjust accordingly. I honestly don't see why he needed to know all you had to say was I went out the end notice most guys and smart chicks don't talk too much the moreyou talk the more likely to get yourself in trouble.

Thanks for the constructive criticism I guess.... I do have goals and everything... I'll have a master's in Dec, and already have been accepted into my Phd program. I am also an educator, ish this summer I'm writing stuff for the state DOE. With that being said, I think that should've solidified the "conservative woman ish" * shrug*....I just like to have fun. I'm single, educated, and outgoing... I'm in my late/ mid 20's and am open and 100 with everyone I deal with, as I expect the same in return w/o judging.... it just got to me when he said that... I guess I'll keep my escapades on the low :)

Please dint elaborate on this dude. He sounds old first off, and I bet he probably will say all this and that about you but will never say anything about himself. This guy clearly didn't get it and if he does than he may just be tryna tell you something. I had a football player tell me that once, I damned bear laughed at him. I  then decided he doesnt need to know anything anymore. Just whatever he want to hear.

l8dy-C....i am not sure how he sounds old? like beauty said, he may just be looking for someone a lot more conservative to suit his lifestyle & not someone who spends most of their free time in the clubs....lets face it if the tables were turned and she the doctor & he running up thru every club on his days off, we would say dang can you have seat for a second/prob not take him seriously unless u were out partying all the time....to answer the question about you changing his mind, in MY view the probability is very low to not...cos he sees you as a club chick....but you shouldn't care, cos you don't want someone to change who YOU are...if he is that memorable trust me u wouldnt be all in the club with celebs that are not advancing your life & net worth..you'd be with him tryna to grow both y'alls legacy...

WATCH WHAT YOU SAY! I understand why you did it. Sometimes you need to show them, they are NOT the only successful man you've ever dated. However, over time, that would have came out anyone. Not from you saying it, but by how you act. If he takes you somewhere that's $100 a plate and you say you've been there before, chances are he will know it's with a well paid man. If he picks you up in an exotic car and you can find your way around it better than he can, chances are, he will know you're use to nice cars. I've made this mistake too so I'm not going to hold it against you but WATCH WHAT YOU SAY! He thinks you're only with him for the money now. WRONG IDEA.

Well to ne that's who you are either at the "azz club"'or at home watching " lifetime movie marathons"
People can't change people. They themselves have to do it willingly. If he making comments then he definitely he means what he says. That's how men are. Why you take it personal could be some other issues you gotta deal with.
He sounds like he has issues himself do why bother with this cat.You better dodge that bullet girl.What he said to you sounds like he has no value for you.Maybe he's not old. I went through this same sh*t and I'm so glad, I dodged it when I did.
