"I was honestly dreading putting this post up because it’s about to cause all types of bruhaha around these parts. Here’s what the internet streetz have their La Perla draws all in a bunch about right now.
Beyonce stans say Ciara is jacking B’s swag left and right with her new album and new “Love Sex Magic” video: B rocked the shades with vertical metallic strips, while Ciara did the same thing except her glasses are in steel. B flaunted her stuff in a leopard print bodysuit , Ciara does the same in tiger. Then Beyonce’s “Ego” demo video hit the net a few weeks ago featuring 3 dancers with different afro wigs. Now Ciara has done the same thing in her video, down to the color and style of the wigs. And of course other similarities seen in the pics above. Ciara stans say you can’t jack an original swagger jacker. So you be the judge. Swagger Jacker or Coincidence?" ybf.com

I mean not every R&B/pop star is meant to be as big as Bey. I don't know... I just can't believe she's still in the game and has no idea who she is. At one point it seemed like Cici was tryna be the next Aaliyah but that's difficult b/c Bey is there and she ain't goin no where. When Aaliyah was big there was no Bey... But in their defence tho, a lot of ish has already been done and it is mega hard to come out with stuff that no one has ever done b4! Secondly, she has to go FAR left image-wise to compete with the likes of Beyonce. Everyone has tried to duplicated the Beyonce "look" and have failed, because she cornered the market. Rihanna did what she had to do and its paying off for her. Ciara needs to re-think her whole strategy and come again...problem is she'll be so irrelevant that it will be too late...; ▶ Reply to This

Yes Beyonce has gotten idea from others, but she has her own swag. She puts her own stamp on things. Ciara let Rihanna come in and steamroll all over her. That has got be embarrassing being that Ciara has been out longer. Ciara better hurry up and find herself and her own thing because with new female artists coming out, her time is wounding up.
