I had a 1997 pathfinder until last year. I deserved a new m************ car that was dependable enough to get me and my child around town. One night my car broke down on the highway and I had to call AAA wait hours with my baby in the car, so I upgraded. I brought my condo In DC one of the most expensive places to live before i had my child, so miss with all the b******* u talking. Im bouta stop following your dumbass thread u just anted to start trouble and bouta make me get in my feelings and come find u. So you have a great day u dumb ass. Hope your daughters find better men than you to be their baby daddies!

But I have a car note, car insurance, a $932 mortgage, daycare is 700.00 a month, electric, gas, metro to get to work, cell phone, clothes, and food. So even thou I make good money with no help. I am still struggling, when you have more expenses than pay. It doesn't matter, I just told him to come home s*** it was cheaper to have him there and spliting the bills than to wait for 50.00 that can't even fill my gas tank or pay a third my electric bill! Fuck Child support, food stamps, WIC all that stuff. The people who are asking for a little help don’t get it, but the ones who are dependent upon it and losers get all the help they need to be career check collectors.

Blackfu, usually you seem level headed but with this stuff here...I'm really starting to doubt your story.  There's no way in hell you're sitting here talking to us about extreme couponing, pinching pennies, and starting day cares to raise kids instead of collecting a check from the other parent who went half on the baby.  NO WAY.  Any single parent knows that 9 chances out of 10, you don't have TIME for that s***. I'm sorry but your story is just not adding up at all right now.

Sure, she could have went and bought a used car for $2-4K flat and not have a note, BUT ITS UP TO HER IF SHE DOESNT WANT TO DO THAT OR NOT. She works, so if she can afford the note, she can get a car with a car note! Buying brand new decreases the amount of repairs she may incur if she buys used and 30 days later, has to put in $200 or more in repairs! WTF!

What kills me is the notion that a nigga can trick off on hoes, their boys, other family members, etc. but their child(ren) should get by with the bare minimum... Huuuuuuuh?????

THANK YOU!!!!  The only thing mommy cant spend that money on is some D**K, ok. 

 

And for the record, child support is that parent's money to help support their child.  It does NOT come in the child's name.  If the enforcement agency doesnt catch up with you until the child is 21, guess who they send the back payments to????????  The parent, not the 21 year old child.  The kids will get their child support when they have a children to support.

Me too, heck we supported him when his ex 'stole' $120k of gov't  money meant for his daughter. Money the custodial parent should have gotten.  I'm curious to know why & how he has full custody of his daughters. If he has custody and doing quite well, why is he concerned about the custodial arrangements ie. CS of others??

I understand a man's frustration with child support in some cases but to put a cap on every situation is ridiculous, all women are not gold diggers and as was said earlier if the child is living with the woman in her "fancy house" and driving around with her in the luxury car what is wrong with that. I simply cannot fathom any parent not wanting the best for their child if they are able to provide it for them. Granted maybe we could get by on less back in the day but i thought every generations goal was to want better for the next one socially and im also assuming economically.

 

Also if we were living together and you provided a certain level of financial security for your children then why should it be any different if it didnt work out. I mean the kids didnt change, your relationship with their mother did.

I do think parents should try to keep the government out of their affairs if they can come to a fair and amicable agreement about support in that reality cs should be a last resort but unfortunately some men act in a manner (i.e not wanting to pay out of pocket at all or giving such a small amount that it's like you aren't getting any money at all) that it has to become a women's first option instead.

He probably went after custody so that he didn't have to pay support. It's the new thing shiftless negroes do. Happened to someone I know... Every other week the kids go to the other house... He only pays $29 on the weeks they are with their mom...

SMH. Yep and then they go drop them off at Grandma's house for the entire week.

I think he lost his mind when he told women to "GIVE UP THEIR CHILD" if they need child support to help support them; like foster care is any better as if Little black kids are first in line to get adopted. Don't let Sandra Bullock and Jolie fool you, people are not lining up to adopt black babies in the good old USofA.

I remember some of us mentioned that we were **side eyeing** this dude a while back, when him, Tone, and Pocket Change was PMSing.

let the kid live with the father if you want them to live the same lifestyle as the father. The reason why divorced women get child support and alimony is because child support is the parents financial part in raising the child. It's not the job of the dad to pay your rent or any of your bills just like it not your job to cover his bills. But at the end of the day if the mother spends the money on the water bill light bill or gas to get to the store to buy food that is cool. But if she is spending it on personal things then that is wrong.

BINGO!!!!!!!!!!!

If my BD had of done that, I would have given his azz FULL custody and $76 a month in child support with no complaints......lol  Yep, all weeks on and NONE OFF for him.  Then I would have been free to go pillow to post and trick off as I see fit.

Think of it as paying for 24hour child care, Tone.  Let's see.......that would amount to at least $2400 a month.  Would you try to tell the daycare what they can spend their $2400 a month on????
