My cousin told me a friend of hers go every 3 months..... OMG do you need the treatment that often?

The pressure of the water is the uncomfortable part. They do it over and over again- ugghh. That's the only thing I didn't like about it. It also costs around $90.

I had a colonic done and it was a bit uncomfortable and gross, but I did lose about 5 pounds within a week. Totally flattened my belly.
