Could this McNair Fiasco been avoided?

My fiance and I have been trying to figure this out as well. He thinks this chic being young and probably dumb could have "offed McNair and then herself" but I just can't believe this! He jus upgraded her car I mean things can only get better. Plus as we all know once you snag a baller it is easier to snag another. I dont know if it's the confidence level that gets heightened or what but ballers are easier to find and get after the first.

On another note I am mixed Persian and Black and this chic is Persian. My family is very Orange County Americanized but my bff said this chic has only been in America for 6years. This makes us think maybe it could have been a family member. Having sex before marriage is frowned upon not to mention with a black married man...hmmm.

Then again like you said it could be the ex. Why did he get her car after the two were arrested??? There was NO ONE else they could have called...?

This is a very interesting case...I hope they find the true killer and don't sweep this case under the rug

This is why females need to stop following other females. This game is not meant for everyone. It shouldn't be games to begin with. Some people talk about snaggin a baller as if it's a way of life. But what people fail to realize, it's not that easy. It's not all glitter and gold. People feelings do get involved, rather you think it's a game or not. People need to value their time alittle bit more. I hear all the time about getting a car from your baller,yada,yada, this girl got one and what?? People need to follow a more moral path in life, and please believe, all the suffering,heartache and hunger would subside. Too bad this will continue to go on.

Moral is vast... And not universal... I'm waiting for forensics, ballistics & toxicology reports to come back... I did read somewhere she tried to plea with police that she was high, not drunk when they arrested her for DWI... Either way, its under the influence... Doesn't make seem logical to shoot the man that provided your apt, car & bailed you out of jail just 2 days prior 4 times... Twice in the head and twice in the chest... Straight up intents to kill... What is the motive??? He wasn't gonna leave his wife??? Hard to believe... Odd that her ex-boyfriend was so willing to give interviews the day they were discovered... Plus his myspace headline is a little eerie...

I feel the same way BAg! I think I have been watching too many crime shows myself. I had posed the question about it being the wife even though she was in another state in another post because I've seen a similar situation play out on a true crime show. A woman who tried to stage her alibi of being in another state but actually snuck back using fake ID to commit the crime. Far fetched I know but how many people go crazy and off their partner, spouse or ex for being with someone else all the time.
It could've even been this girl's ex because 4 years when you're young like that seems like eternity. There have been a lot of murders that were staged to look like a suicide, if it looks like a suicide or murder-suicide then it becomes an open and shut case and the authorities stop looking for a suspect quick. If it was a suicide people usually leave notes explaining why they did what they did, apologizing and saying goodbye. Was there a note found at the scene?

Like AtlSG said I don't really see this girl doing that, she got the COMEUP and they seemed happy. If he was going to leave her she still had the vehicle, I'm sure a boatload of other things he got her, and he probably would have even let her stay in that condo. He probably wouldve taken care of lawyer fees, fines and whatever else was associated with the dwi, she was straight.

Another scenario was her family doing an honor killing but I don't see them doing that seeing as how she had a bf of 4 years that she left the state with. It could be very well that it was a murder suicide. No matter the scenario its a tragedy for everyone involved. For Mcnair's wife and kids and this young girl's family, to lose them so young and in such an embarassing situation.

Her sister sounds like a damn moron.

Also I believe it is a murder suicide...There was no forced entry. Steve was on the sofa...Sounds like she was standing up over him when she shot him and then turned the gun on herself, which explains why her body was found on the floor with the gun near... I think Steve started to realize that this chick was a bit unstable...Getting pulled over saying she wasn't drunk, she was high as if that's better...

The news reported she was in MS, but my sources told me she was in town, like you said, if I am not mistaken. Then they(my sources) mentioned well McNair does have a private jet, so...I did hear she hadn't seen him in a couple of days. And I heard how she reacted to the news and it just saddens me...
