Britain has imposed direct rule on the Caribbean islands of Turks and Caicos after an investigation found evidence of corruption among the territory’s officials. The British government said it had suspended the government and legislature of its former colony and put the London-appointed governor in charge. The British Foreign Office minister, Chris Bryant, said the suspension could last up to two years while Governor Gordon Wetherell “put the islands’ affairs back in good order.” Prime Minister Michael Misick, who was implicated in the investigation, resigned in March. His successor, Galmo Williams, called the move a “coup.” “Our country is being invaded and recolonized by the United Kingdom, dismantling a duly elected government and legislature and replacing it with a one-man dictatorship,” he said.

I wonder how this will affect the investments that a lot of black Hollywood made with Mr. Missick if it at all....he ruined the nations finances in a major way and had some of the who's who of Black Hollywood investing in building up the island I am curious to see how this plays out.

LMAO. I usually don't find humor in other's misfortune, but this time I find it really funny. Somewhere in the Bible it reads that a leader, bishop, husband, or father should practice the utmost morality. Mike as the head of his household and the "head" of his Island should have treated his wife way better. Though I grow increasingly doubtful that human's are meant to monogamous, a man should only do what he thinks is ok for his wife. And this is rarely the case. I truly think a woman has to be a complete idiot to really believe she is the only/last female her man will ever have sex with. His fall from grace is merely a repercussion for his indiscretions. If a man can’t hide a b*tch or can’t control his d*ck, I’d question his ability to run a country. Then when he gets caught he should take his punishment like a man… What goes around comes back around 10 times worse.

I try not to be one of those people that takes other's words on certain matters, but I refuse to click on Sandra Rose's website to see what MESS she has to say. Boss, thanks for posting the excerpt from the NY Post so people can get a glimpse of the truth. Before he even married Lisa, there were "rumblings" of impending investigations. When they called the engagement off/postponed the wedding, that was a sign that something was amiss. T&C has a history of corruption, so this is truly sad. Some of the most beautiful nations suffer mismanagement (and misfortune) at the hands of their leaders.
