Do you look younger that your actual age?

I was out and about today minding my own business and somehow I got into a conversation with someone about stuff that happened around 10 yrs ago. Politics, entertainment etc.
Her response was, you look too young to know that stuff. But she didn't say it in a pleasant way.
I'm over it, but you know I gotta get it off my chest. lol

yea..I clearly look like i'm still in high school...it drives me crazy...I hate hearing, "girl, you still look 16"..I mumble under my breath soooooo much, If i let it be known what I said..Id hurt a lot of peoples feelings

well am in my early 20s and look like am in my late 20s. You should be happy. When u hit 40 you guys will look like your in your mid 20s..... Also try wearing more adult looking clothing. Like blacks and nude colors, stay away from bright blues and pinks etc and no sneakers. Also your hair color should be natural looking and minimize your accersories. "Think european fashionista" on a night out on the town. People in europe dress sleek and clean.

I love looking a lot younger than my actual age, but I never tell people my age anyway so they just have an idea of how old I am.

Girl you should have said; "Thank You"with a BIG smile on your face! It happens to me as well. I laugh especially when I see much younger women looking 5-10 years older than me! l0l!

IDk I really get oh you look 18 but I do get carded sometimes or @ work they never believe I am my age.I still get the young'nz trying to holla lol..i'm like my dude your in HS..they say shorty i got a job **dead**

I still look too young that was part of the reason I cut off my hair. I had a similar convo in the hairdresser when talking about the Notorious movie. I said i didn't like it and people felt it was because I was too young to remember. i'm like no i was like 17 18 when all of this went down. Everyone looked all surprised

Yeah I look younger than I am, I usually take it as a compliment, except for when Sam (is it just me or they name always Sam) @ the gas station ask my for my ID & Im n there every other day, u know my name!! Other than that, Im good with it.

If I go to a gas station/liquor store I still get carded and I am well over the drinking age, its sort of embarrassing when i am with my BF who DOESN'T get carded and I do and he is younger than me....But I get that youthfullness from my mom and dad who are in their 50s and they look like they are in their late 30s early 40s so its gonna be fun getting older for me.....Its all about the genes baby!!
