some ppl might know this, but the vast majority don't. if u dont have a Nielsen Box attached to your TV, or a PPM device attached to your hip, your tv/radio viewership is NOT being recording nor does it count as a rating.

it's funny when people refuse to watch a show because they don't want to give them any ratings...it doesnt matter WHAT you watch if you don't have a nielsen box tracking it. the sample size of people who actually DO count as far as tv/radio ratings is sooo small, its almost innaccurate.

Spray the light switches, door knobs, fridge handle, and always take a sheet to put down. The ish they tell us is crazy. Also pray over your room. Ppl commit suicide in them ALL the time!!!!!!!

I work for a major health insurance company. If you decide to get a plan through your employer and decide to go cheap with it, expect to pay a high deductible. You never realize how important it is until you get sick, or need major surgery and think that your just going to get away with a $100 copay. I suggest doing your research and homework before picking your plans based just on price.

 Our employer did not give us a choice, the only option was a 5k deductible per person and once that's met we can pay a co pay and they will pay the rest.  Looks like I will only be going to the doctor for emergencies.

I have been in the nanny industry for over 5 years.  You will be surprised how many parents are horrible.  Also, I have seen some families with plenty of money that are some dirty ass people, nice home, but they can't clean up s*** and kids are just as messy! 

 

Surprisingly nannies in my area get paid more than teachers and have better benefits (in some cases).

- I work in marketing for a large sports company...I wouldn't say there are any "secrets" but it's everything that you would expect.  Athletes sleeping around with everyone, crazy and ridiculous requests on riders (someone seriously asked for a stripper once), hookups that are 'on the low' (like Jennifer from BBW and Amar'e), invites to 'girl power' parties from Lala- list keeps going.  I detest the corporate life but the perks are one of a kind.

1) If you buy a car without getting financing BEFORE you go to the dealership, you will pay a higher percentage rate thus, paying more per month. Always come with your own financing (*you can find the best rates at your local credit union).

2)If you can't get financing at one dealership, you will not be able to get financing at  another one in the same area. They all call the same banks to get you approved. If you have bad credit, a small neighborhood used car lot will be your best bet (mainly because they are willing to lie for you on the paperwork)

Retailing: Never buy gold at a department store. During a major sale they usually mark-up the price before the sale, therefore you are paying the original price. Your best bet is to buy from QVC where there is no "middle man."
