I have to say LMS makes some very very valid points...All of these people extending their support out to Fantasia and not one damn mention of support for the wife...If you really want to go there about black women not supporting each other, look at this situation and many others where many black women knowingly settle for being the other woman/mistress while knowing another black woman may be sitting somewhere hurt, confused, angry, and maybe even suicidal...

Black Hollywood is making it acceptable for celebrity black women to carry on like whores and get more support from other black celebs, black community, even more-so than the black women who are extremely educated/intelligent, and have most of their s*** together...It's rather sickening how much our race is falling the f*** off...We're killing our race, destroying the black families, but yet we want to blame it all on "the white man"...Yeah ok...Like Mike said, start with the man in the mirror...

I do too Smitty, but that still doesn't mean she doesn't need support. It's hard for any woman to let go of her marriage and face failure. She is tied to this man for life because they produced babies together.

I agree with you... one thing we definitely have in common is our disdain for cheaters & sidepieces... and while I do feel sorry that Tasia Mae is so deep in despair, I do not apprecate, condone nor accept her sidepiece tendancies...

Well I don't this has nothing to do with Fanny being a "side piece" this is about the fact that this women is distraught enough that she is willing to take her own life to get away from the mess and the drama. How dare anyone condemn her for being flawed and for the person who isn't flawed show them to me because I need to see this perfect individual as well as the world. Also, this isn't about the wife killing herself and obviously the wife has herself under control because she filing for divorce in a court of law. Feel sorry for her for what now! I don't see her in desperate need for help, I see her as having a mother and father who was there for her and other people that she can turn too, I don't see that with Fanny. Better yet, Fanny is the one that her whole family turns too so I am almost positive the weight from all that on top of this mess and drama with this nigga would drive anyone insane.

So if you feel that by us supporting fantasia we need to run and support every black women on the planet haveing issues with a dude at this time, fine, you go ahead and carry that weight, I am not! And for anyone questioning why I don't have any sympathy for the wife or am not saying what they feel is acceptable as it pertains to this man's wife, come at me directly and I will let you know what's up with that in so many words. But to answer your question, no I have no sympathy for her because obviously she is handling herself well since we haven't heard of her overdosing on anything.

as a child i went through hell and high water...being homeless, living in a car and various shelters with my mom...but still i rose above it all...ive been dawged bad by a few exes and although i loved them (or thought)...i still rose above it all...i've been sued TWICE by dumb b****** a few years ago and im still paying those damn judgements cause my lawyer wasn't s***!!!! I've had my identity stolen and i'm still cleaning that up.. So i know all about trials and tribulations....so this whole suicide thing to me is a bit much

when people say have compassion, I don't think anyone is excusing her sidepieceish behavior... jut saying instead of calling her stupid & dumb for attempting suicide appreciate the fact that ALL of her behavior lets us all know that dshe has lots issues & maybe at that moment her demons gave in...

we have no idea whether this was the 1st, 3rd or gazillionth time she has done this... but I know he has always struck me as troubled...
