Festivals, Cruises, Etc
I was researching different festivals and cruises etc.
What are your favorite festivals to hit?? And please share your favorite websites that list these type of events.
Also I was researching cruises after I saw the Soul Train cruise advertised on Centric and I was cracking up when I found a R Kelly cruise. I might wait and hit the Tom Joyner cruise next year. It left this Sunday from Fort Lauderdale and I was salty that I wasn't on it lol.

My fam has gone on the Tom Joyner cruise, and they have had an absolute blast!! Yes, it is mostly all black...hmmm and they said we don't travel. I would like to check out Carnival in Rio and T n T, I also wouldn't mind going on the Tom Joyner cruise as well. I heard the crowd is getting younger 30 somethings now.

Def going next year!!! Haven't thought about the Carnival in Rio.. I would rather go to the World Cup in Brazil in 2014. I went to Caribana in Toronto and it was just OK to me. Not my cup of tea..

Trinidad and Tobago. Is the World cup in one city in Brazil or is it all over?

I want to do the Tom Joyner cruise too, we did Disney this past week so I couldn't go, but next year I'm on it. I really want to do a Carnival they look so fun. Has anyone done Black Ski Weekend or done a skiing trip at all?

They have a black ski weekend??? I didnt know that. maybe because i dont ski lol when i was lil i seen on the news about sunny bono crashing into a tree and dying i never wanted to go skiing. lol

Essence Festival is my fave! Just the atmosphere overall is welcoming... New Orleans rocks! I'm not just saying that because its my second home... LOL....

Girl, Sonny was drunk. Go for it! lol I love tubing myself so I'm usually in charge of everyone's kids while the adults hit the slopes.

Carnival in T and T is a BLAST. Boss if you didnt like Caribana then you probably wont like Carnival, its like Caribana times 10. I never been to a Black Ski Weekend but my two friends that went says it's like a hook up session, but they had a good time though. LOL. I'm trying to get on the Tom Joyner Cruise sometime next year or after.

The Black Ski Summit in Colorado is tons of fun. I used to go but I never skiid . You could catch me on a snowmobile and that was about it. I want to go again though.
