@Dominique They have always given me problems flying out to major cities due to me being on d2 or d1 stand-by (lol) and the policies for adding luggage under the plane is ridiculous for not only stand-by folks but also for paying customers. =/ Have you had any problems flying with them?

I dont do US AIrways anymore.I refuse to...they gave me a fre voucher and I refused to use it...I dont care how cheap they are -#TeamDelta

Only once in NYC but they were so helpful.  We were at LAG and our flight was canceled so they gave us meal vouchers, a cab voucher to get to JFK and $150 each to be use on another flight!  We go home only 30 mins later than expected so it was all good. 

 

I hate to check luggage with my luck my stuff would get lost and I would be SOL!

I would like to go ladies!! I didn't go to a black ivy league school, but a HBCU very near one. I am also in grad school and could make some ish up about wanting to further my edu by getting my PH. D from one of the universities (in case anyone happens to ask "why yall here"? lol). But count me in definitely!

I saw the speed dating event! I just didn't want to seem desperate; especially since I am not ivy educated. As far as Ivy Weekend, I don't plan to actually go to the events. Trust me, they will spend more time outside those events than inside. Thus, you have to *happen to be in the neighborhood of* what's going on (i.e. book a hotel room at their hotel, go to the closest beach, lay out by the pool...etc.) That's my plan and I'm down if you all are done. They are staying at the Fountainebleau.

Aww, bummers! Well, I heard great things about Delta so I may have to join the bandwagon, lol. I also want to try Southwest too. Making notes on my phone as we speak about heading to Me-am-me in Sept.!
