But thats where the little girl would be when she visits, so why shouldn't her living standards be the same with both parents.  I mean we know Halle living GOOD and she wold accept nothing less for her daughter.

Also, I read that Halle has a stalker and that was one of the things she listed in her petition to move. If and when the child comes to stay with dad she is going to need all the same security that she would have at mom's. I'm on the fence about this.  It depends on how much he REALLY has custody of his child. All I ever see are pics of Halle and baby. Very rarely do I see him with his daughter.

Halle Berry's camp is painting a really ugly picture of this guy. They really should use another tactic to get what they want from him other than viciously slinging mud.
New reports have surfaced claiming Halle's baby daddy, Gabriel Aubry, "went nuts" whenever someone would refer to their daughter as "black."
No, he wasn't trying to be politically correct. Supposedly, he would go off insisting that his baby was white. He allegedly got so angry when people referred to Nahla as "black," that he demanded a "retraction" whenever the word was used. These claims are adding to the already slanderous ones about Gabriel calling Halle the "N" word and the opinion of one old girlfriend, who referred to him as a "borderline racist."
But again we have to ask ourselves why is it that Halle's camp is leaking such horrible information? Whether it's true or not, both Halle and Gabriel should only be concerned with the well-being of their daughter. We're seeing none of that as they go back and forth with this grossness.
Such a shame. Such a waste of time and energy being so cruel.

I had it out with some people on Facebook about this. I knew this was coming when Halle's people started putting out stories about how bad Gabriel was, and how he was such a racist and so violent. Halle knew she and Oliver were going to get serious, so she thought she could cut Gabriel out of Nahla's life and have this Hollywood fairytale. Her ass is almost (or is) 50, she knew better. If she wanted to have a baby on her own, she shouldn't have had a relationship with the father.

 

Also, celebrities portray themselves in a certain light to look good. Their publicists arrange for papparazzi to be at places when their client is there, so of course we will always see pictures of Halle with her daughter. Gabriel doesn't have a publicist to tell people he's going to be leaving the dentist on LaBrea at 3, he's going to go to the store on Sunset at 5. Their images are controlled 100%. And if Halle is filming movies all over the world, making promotional appearances, recording commercials and going on auditions, who has her child? Her mother is getting up there in age, she can't take care of her all of the time. I believe Gabriel has their daughter more than Halle.

 

I've worked as a production assistant on movie sets starting in high school during the summers, and sometimes when I had vacationt time from work and wanted to have fun and make some extra money. These celebrities are on set all day, or you're at a hotel rehearsing re-writes, recording vocal work and doing publicity and posing for pictures on set. She can't have Nahla with her the entire time, her trailer is tiny, even if she gets huge Will Smith double decker trailer, no child is going to be contained in that all day. Halle is full of s***, she wants to cut Nahla's dad out and he isn't having it. Good for him.

I wholeheartedly believe those pics are staged. I mean the girl is damn near a teenager and Halle is ALWAYS carrying her......#wheretheydothatat????  If Halle was joined at the hip with Nahla, trust and believe she would have stopped picking her big azz up a long time ago....lol  I recall reading somewhere, before they fell out, that Gabe traveled with halle on location because he took care of Nahla while Halle worked.  Hasnt joint custody always been a get-out-of-paying-child-support card?????  At $20,000 a month, I find it real hard to believe that this girl lives with Halle.
