Yes and  No, in the past some of the guys have had waaay more options in the off season and they're very young so its natural they want to play around. But I wasn't looking for a relationship so I wasn't hurt by that. Now the guy Im dealing with now is totally opposite, he's showing me 100% attention in the off season. He's in the nfl and his training camp is starting soon I think.

I've dated over 10 sports players and one person in the music industry. I hang out with a small group of "gold diggers" so the ballers are really easy to come by. Everyone in the group is very different.

The girl who gets the most ballers is a bad ass. She's gorgeous (a la Kim K), snorts coke, treats men like toys and never is emotionally invested. She is in it for the money.

Then there's the girl who is pretty (a la Meagan Good), has a BOMB personality; but loves to party and has low self esteem. She has low self esteem because she's trying to keep up with the bad ass chick from above. However, all the guys love to be around her because she's so fun. She's in it for the long term but no one wants to deal with her lifestyle or self esteem issues.

Then there's me. I'm pretty (a la Tatyana Ali) and am REALLY NICE. I'm suburban where as my counterparts are a bit hood. I'm the oreo of the crew. Guys like me because I'm nice and they can bring me home to their mothers. However, they usually take my kindness for weakness.

All in all, everyone takes different approaches. Take this information as you will but I think it's funny that I am the most "normal", yet I get the least amount of play. Something to think about.

You women are the reason why I love this site! It's honest and open. I was wondering how is it to have a group of female friends who all want the same goal? Is it hard at times or competitive? I'm a loner and it's so hard to find a group of women who I can trust and aren't sneaky. I would like to have friends who are beautiful just as me and can be just as honest and real. It's so hard to find ballets alone. How do you girls do it?

Well honestly I don't think too many of those groups exist or are that smart to have. We all have a commonality between us because we date the same type of men however we aren't friends, we don't even show our faces on our avi's.

Fact of the matter is, the men who we date/like are successful from playing in a group sport and the main women on this site that are successful do the same damn thing just in a different way. Ask, seek, destroy aka get the outcome you want. Just like when athletes throw the ball to a player to make that touchdown or score a basket.... we ask a question and have a better understanding to gain a point to! lol

Do you mama but it is wise to do it alone, less drama, less competition and most of the time you are your biggest enemy- the last thing you need is undercover friends.

True that! I do have very few female friends, but I've known them from a while in during that time it allowed me to sort out the trash from true friends, but also be wary of people in general.  However of you find a true friend, keep them.

One thing I realized it that most of female friends like hood niggas, I don't, but that don't always stop drama. Which is why  I like to enforce (after learning a huge lesson) a NO HO policy.

I had a hard time finding women who were totally into the same type of man as i am. Yeah so girls think its "cool" to fantasize about ballers but it was a 9-5 for me lol

I, ABSOLUTELY, beg to differ. Kim Kardashian did not get where she is alone. She linked up with Paris Hilton. Then she put her sisters on, her friends on, their friends on...etc. How many of you watch The Game? Remember the episode Darwin says to Janay, in a nutshell,  "You've dated other players. That means you've been "verified"? Those guys don't trust girls. If they are single and looking for a wife, they're not going to wife anonymous Susie from Chicago. Unless you're (semi) famous (a reality star, tv star, singer, well known video model or girl they knew before they were famous) you need to get in with girls who are (semi) famous, already married to ballers or already dating ballers. 

A friend of mines is married to a Chiefs player. She then hooked our friend up with another Chiefs player. Well, our friend just had a baby by that guy. I have another friend who is engaged to a Dolphin's player. What did she do when her man's friend  and team mate was looking for a girlfriend? She CONTACTED US! When Lala Anthony's friends were looking for boyfriends, what did she do? She hooked them up with Melo's team mates! THEY ALL DO IT. It's a circle; you just need to be invited in.

As far as competition, this is NOT about love. If the guy I want is into my friend, I ask her to hook me up with one of his wealthy friends and vice versa (though, personally, we've never ran into this problem; usually guys with money hang with other guys with money so there is plenty to go around). 

What I will say is it is hard to find the perfect crew to join. I've had girls come up to me and say, "Oh, you're so pretty. Where are you from? We should hang out!" Sometimes I'll say Ok. Other times I'm like, b**** please. If you can't find a crew, don't force it but just like everything else in life, it's easier to find what you want when others are helping you. 

P.S. We've never back stabbed each other...(well, maybe one time but that's another story)...and there is very little drama because we only see each other when we are on a "mission". We may talk on the phone every now and then but we're not SUPER close. Just close enough that we can all depend on each other for what we want. And, this has been going on since 2007. So far, at least three girls have gotten married or engaged, one girl has had a baby (not engaged though) and, of my two closest friends that I've wrote about, one is living with a player and the other COULD have lived with several players but she's bat s*** cray and on drugs (which I already said). A guy bought her a condo and everything and her ditzy ass didn't even move in.

well ... i say working with a good team you can get the job done ... If all the ladies are mature , move quietly and help each other with there connects .... But if you got a hater in the group that may ... back fire on you .... But there is always the saying ... if you want the job done right... you got to do it yourself ....
