I'd been avoiding this...
My friend has suggested on several occasions that I go to such and such events with her husband. I have told her on several occasions that I don't think that's a good idea. I don't like putting myself in situations that are awkward, esp because they are separated right now.
So recently when I bumped into them recently, he husband suggested a party that's really cool. She also said I should go. I said sure send me the info. My friends cousins were coming and he said some of his friends were too.
I call her husband after my date and meet him in the city. When he shows up, he's by himself. No wife/friends/cousins....
To clarify, he didn't do anything inappropriate towards me at the club. But he was hitting on mad girls and was even talking to me about girls he wanted to f*** in the room. taking girls numbers in front of me.
He dropped me off at home and I feel asleep in the car. When I woke up he was massaging my neck gently while driving home.
Now obv. I'm not going to get involved with his tomfoolery. I'm not about to rat him out. But should I explain how my night ended with me hanging with her husband. I never intended on hanging out with him by myself.
I hate awkward moments like this....

I won't be hanging out with him ever again. I explained to my friend that it's inappropriate for me to be hanging with her husband without her there, esp alone. She kept saying,"why?" as if it wasn't obvious.

I got a friend that is friends with a bunch of girls. Anyway, she and her husband are divorcing and part of it has to do with him supposedly ONLY giving money to one of her girls *side eye* not having physical contact with her. So I was leaving her house the other day and her husband had stopped through, so I guess he was preparing to leave as I was and she KEPT insisting that he walk me to my car. I was like 0_o now why would she want him to do that?? That is exactly how her friend ended up f'kn her man. I quickly dipped and let them chit chat. Me wants no parts of that. Some women just don't be tinking I guess. I'd rather be safe than sorry

I don't want to make it a big deal because that's when folks start sensationalizing stories. I'm more concerned with her knowing that I didn't want to hang out with him by myself and last night was not my intention. Maybe I'm just over thinking it. I'm gonna see her in a few hours so I'll just play it by ear.
