I found a Baller but...
I'm currently in a relationship with someone else.
Here's my dilemma. The Baller is the owner of the restaurant that I work at and the guy i'm dating is also an employee. It's just a part-time job for me nothing major, so me having to quit wouldn't be a big deal. I'm having the typical love vs. money fight. The guy I'm dating is leaving his girlfriend/baby momma to be with me. He doesn't have much but what he does have he spoils me with. He looks out for me and wants to help me eventually pay off my student loans and is talking marriage after only 2 months. The baller has a main chick who has been in his life for 3 years but she recently moved and doesn't live in state anymore, he is footing the bill. The baller knows that I have someone in my life and he knows I know about ol' girl. He told me they don't have an exclusive relationship and he has bought other women to the restaurant before he told me he was interested in me.
The crazy thing is that with the baller I feel I know my shelf life and can work it to my advantage to get what I want/need. With the other guy I don't. He is a cheater and I don't know if I would be the rule and not the exception in his life if that makes sense. The baller wants to take me on vacay as soon as my finals are over and I'm thinking about taking him up on his offer but don't know what to do about ol' dude.
I feel foolish.. I know. But if you have any advice or opinions.

I say go on vacation with the owner. If you know these things about both of them and still considering dating them then you already know neither one of these relationships are built to last. (but thats not what you're here for). The owner know you and ole boy are together so he wouldn't mess up your relationship or put it out there. See what he working with and get what you can get.

Do you live in Philly? I know a girl in the same predicament. Assuming you are not her, don't bank on the baller doing much. The girl from Philly is the long time girlfriend of a wealthy restauranter and a waitress at one of his establishments. She is miserable. He does just enough to keep her ass waitressing. My baller and I went to one of his spot to eat and saw him on a date with another woman. And guess who was our waitress? You've guessed right! His longtime girlfriend. She continued to serve us while her man ate with another woman a couple feet away.
Ask yourself these questions:
1) Has the baller given you money/gifts before? Would he be willing to give you a pay raise?
If the answer to both questions is 'no', I wouldn't bank on that baller giving you much.
2) Can you see yourself marrying a cheater who makes minimum wage working at a restaurant?
Oh.
*If you do date your boss, see how long you can dangle the carrot before opening your legs. I wouldn't give him SH*T.

You know both of these relationships are not for the long term, so I would just secretly get with the boss and juice him. Make sure you make a pre list of your goals and stick to the plan. Remember to be setting up your next job or sources of income for when you are ready to drop the boss. Dont get emotionally attached to the worker and don't get greedy with the boss.

LMAO @ "Actress". No, I don't know her well enough to introduce her to the site. I only know her through my ex baller . He said her and the guy have been together for years. Maybe they broke up and he brought that other chick in to piss her off. Not sure. Don't know either one well enough.
See how far you can get with the boss though without giving him the panties. The problem is he knows you know he has a girlfriend. Once they realize you are willing to play side hoe for free, you will never have a chance at getting anything. Your mentality needs to be, I will be the side hoe but only for a price. Make him believe that if you were his main girl you wouldn't be asking for anything but since you're not, he'll have to help you out.

@Phoenix they live together, he wanted to just walk out a month ago but I asked him not because I didn't want to be the reason he left. Their lease is over in May and he already told her that after it's up he's moving solo and signed a new lease for another apt. *Side Note* Thank you because you made me think about the fact that he told her he needed time for himself and didn't completely end it...So I suppose that leaves his door open to come back...
@OldSpice it def. is. I was going to quit in May, aside from my little situation Everyone is f****** in the restaurant. I forgot how messy it could be. One manager has done three guys in a 2 month span....sooo it's time for me to leave
