Havent called them back but I have filed a complaint with the BBB

The accent told me she understood but that was company policy. I told her then please transfer me to the cancellation dept cuz I could go with their competitor. She tranferred me to an American accent and she sent me my modem free of charge and apologized for the inconvenience. Hope it works out the same for you.

LMAO!!!! but why dont u have a debit card? and u need to be going 2 the bank getting some cash, then go to the store and see if anybody trying to sell some of them stamps. 100 for $60

I had a bad experience with those before (something about a $9 excessive use charge....hey, I said I was cheap) and I prefer checks. I've NEVER bounced one in my life and I love having a duplicate record of everything I write. They are going to have to stop making checks for me to go with that debit card sh*t.

Oh, that's not me sweetie........my sh*t is filled out and signed before I get to the checkout and I dont need ID. Besides you'd have to be shopping before the first of the month to catch me.......the place is practically deserted.

And what do you consider yourself? a judgemental hypocrite? I have some conservative views but I wouldnt consider myself a racist or classist.........more like a stupidist. Go into an inner city grocery store on the first of the month and shop. Then come back and tell me how much fun you had.

Of course you wouldn't, most racists and classists don't, they just say they have "conservative views". O.k. Sarah Palin do you. In the meantime keep in mind that Inner city residents are not the only people who get food assistance, please stop promoting negative stereotypes. I'm glad I live in a society where we look out for the less of these among us.
