Congrats on the new job and good luck! And this is the best piece of advice from TheLadyJosephine: 

"Since you are the only AA, you'll notice our "business casual" and their "business casual" are very different.  AA are seen as a little more "flashy" just because we don't rock cheap khakis and blue shirts.  This could sprout secret resentment and jealously depending on who you are working with.  What's that line from Rosewood, "he got a piano....I ain't gots no piano".  I wore my fur on a bitter cold Michigan day...mistake.  Evil side eyes and surprised looks."  ----  Michelle, is this you? lol j/k

Congrats on the new position... If you follow the ladies advice at hit up Loft, NY&Co, and Banana Republic you can't go wrong... 
Khaki's are a staple for me... Sweater sets are a good idea as well... You also need a string of pearls, and earrings to match...

Keep it plain and simple business casual...slacks ,shirts,blouses,nice sweater,  knee lenght shirts,nothing to dresses or flashy...no clevish shirts...stockings,tights....casual shoes thats comfortable, small heel...Less is better....
