First.. thanks for posting.

Second.. don't believe the hype of these broads posting pics of red bottoms and having fun. I know a lot of them and it aint all peaches and cream. TRUST me.. I usually chuckle to myself when I read some of their timelines bragging and don't have a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out.

Third.. sometimes you have to take three steps back to move five steps forward. I don't believe you listed your degree but maybe its time to go into another direction. Possibly something that you love to do.. it's nothing like getting paid for something you love to do. In the meantime, take 500 bucks or less and go to bartending school. Learn a trade that you can always fall back on. Some bartenders making six figures.. and most in cash - tax free. They usually claim their cc tips on taxes. 

You will be ok.. trust me.. I had to start over a few times.

Thank you thank you. Yea it sometimes seems like their internet life is more entertaining than their real lives.

And you're the second person to bring up bartending as a suggestion. I think it's finally time for me to look into it.

And I appreciate the advice!!

And you can network to get more clients for you real estate business.

ADVICE: don't underestimate your worth by comparing yourself with others.

Good idea, I'm definitely looking into that now.

Matter of fact.. the key to happiness is NOT comparing yourself to others.

My sister is in the same situation... can't find a job n keeps getting stuck with jobs that any one can do... sometimes its best to look in a diff city.. we live in a small city so its not much here...

Real Estate is not easy, I'm doing the training now but succe$$ depends on YOU and how you work your connects.

Don't look at anything on the internet to validate your success and your direction in life, our people are known to be a bunch of posers/consumers and not savers. You're on the right track with your degrees and your real estate business. Keep heading in that direction.

Omg, thank you @Baller Alert for saying that! Sometimes, I feel that we all forget the true blessings we have right in front of us and look elsewhere (such as in other people's lives) to seek happiness.

I love this one right here, too! Thank you, @Old $PICE PINE NEEDLE. This is my HUGE problem because I keep comparing my life to others who are in college full time and not having to work full time whereas I am and I keep telling myself, "this is going to build you to be so much stronger than you were yesterday". I literally had a breakdown in my car back in late March because I was just tired of going to school and heading to work right after class; hell, I kept saying to my mom that I would give my car back to the dealership and just be a college student but she pushed me to keep going. So, @KrystyyyMia don't give up! There is something great coming your way in a matter of time. ;)

Hey Hun,

Keep your head up high

first things first find 2 friends with similar tastes and goals

Then start working on you go for mani, pedi's waxes after you've done that find a job agency in your area or google the companies you want to work at and apply

start having fun , from hitting starbucks with your laptop or a good book by yourself or your local library ,google free festivals coming  up in your city and  go out there and be the best you  .

The rest will come last yr  I was in the same position as you now I'm paying off my bills and saving up for a nice huge apt  and I've found any amazing job . if you need anymore encouragement add me and fyi these ladies are right most of those chicks posting their so called amazing lives have a high school diploma if that and no money yet they clubbing every weekend and borrowing clothes to be fly hell i know of a chick spent her welfare money on "red bottoms" makes me sick !. Be your own competition yes but be your own motivation as well !!! You've come a long way and worked hard to get there never forget that Your in a good place don't let this lil hiccup stray you off your path.
