KATT WILLIAMS ARRESTED FOR BURGLARY

Comedian Katt Williams was arrested outside of Atlanta, Georgia overnight, following an incident that resulted in charges of burglary and criminal trespassing. A deputy at the Coweta County jail, about 40 miles south of Atlanta, has confirmed that Williams remains in custody this morning (November 9). No additional details about the incident were released. The arrest comes a year after Williams was arrested in New York City on weapons charges. Last year, Williams, was in New York for his debut performance at Carnegie Hall, which was scheduled for November 6. The following week, the comedian allegedly underwent a mental health evaluation for possible hospital commitment after run-ins with city and county officials in Sumter, South Carolina. The 36-year-old actor/comedian, born Micah Williams, is scheduled for an arraignment today, where a magistrate is expected to set a bond amount for his release.

William Briggs told TMZ Katt was in Georgia shooting a movie, staying at the property of a friend and the movie's producer, Barry Hankerson.
Briggs says the reason his client was busted is because he was involved in a dispute with one of Barry's employees who lives in the guesthouse. The vengeful employee called the cops and reported a faux burglary, Briggs says. Briggs adds Katt had "full permission" to be on the property and has been staying there for the last 3 weeks.

About drugs I've never seen him personally partake in anything besides weed... He's a funny guy so of course he would smile and make a joke out of his mug shot. Plus he was in Noonan, GA a very small an upcoming country town close to Alabama border so jail isn't anything bad there.
