These workout actually works and If you cut out breakfast in exchange for a 12oz fruit/veggie smoothie (just fresh or frozen blended with a splash of juice and ice no sugar or other junk honey if you need a sweetener) you'll be in shape in no time.

Start juicing. Do it for at least a month. It's tough but, you will not have to exercise at all. If you can't buy a juicer, you can buy pre made juices at the supermarket. You have to drink green juice at least once a day for it to work and you must take a vitamin supplement. Look on youtube for "Sick, Fat and Nearly Dead".

Ok so is that just drinking freshly squeezed fruit or veggie juice?? And how much, how often? Try a be right by June. Thanks
