Legal advice needed....
So y'all know I won my court case against that scam artist of a book publisher, I had a restraining order against him and the judge gave him 15 days to appeal her ruling and he was to get a lawyer since he has a "corporation"... Well he didn't appeal because his broke ass can't afford a lawyer, so what does he do??? He calls my JOB and tells them I sold him buddy passes (LIE I GAVE him those as a favor and NEVER received ANY compensation for them) and I still owe his company money.....PAUSE.... And because he did this I now have to have a meeting with my CORPORATE office....now I've been doing everything by the book by not delivering him and his whack ass baby mama HOOD JUSTICE, but now, idk y'all I'm feeling like the Mecklenburg County Jail my have a cot with my name on it. I have proof to take to my meeting showing I paid him and the judge ruled in my favor and now he's just mad, but this dude is a sociopath. Give me some advice before I kill him. He scammed me out of a $1000 and now he's tryna mess with my livelihood!?!?! I'm not a killer but don't push me

Do you have a good lawyer. If so those are things a good lawyer can easily handle.
1. by calling your job is that in violation to your restraining order if not it can be considered a form of harassment. This could possibly lead to you being able to sue him AGAIN!
2. You need to have someone with legal knowledge help you with dealing with the company that you work for. If you were to get fired or received a consequence due to someone lying on you, there has to be some legal steps you can take. (I pray this does not happen)
I recently hired a lawyer for my small business he is AWESOME and very affordable. He offers a free consultation and whether you choose him or not he will give you advice how to proceed. If you would like his info just let me know. I hired him not because I have anything going on but because it is important to have someone ready to go if something happens. He has taken great measures to help me protect myself. He is located in Charlotte

It seems like him calling your job should be a violation of the restraining order. I would definitely look into having his azz arrested for that sh*t.

Ok, seriously, call your lawyer & bring her/him to meeting with you... Permanent legal justice will have longer reaching effects than hood justice. Plus hood justice will eff up your world as well... Then he wins...

Thanks y'all.....I appreciate it. I went to court today to see about what I can have happen to him and basically was told that just because he violated it, it's not grounds for him to be arrested here in Charlotte. SO, now we have a court hearing on August 10th
