She's doing all the moves, I do them on Mondays and you're sore for days after lol

Now that the weather is nicer, I start some jogging and brisk walking.

She looks good!!!

Now I didn't care too much for her skinny woman bashing, but if any woman, big or small has an issue with her getting healthier than they need counseling.  I hope Gabourey Sidibe gets on board, she's too young to be that unhealthy also.

She said her goal is 180 pounds.. that is not skinny. And I don't think it's about that.. it's about being healthy.

She was and healthy self esteem too.But as you age it's harder to keep the weight off and when your doctor tells you you're on your way to high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholestorol (sp) a life time of pills to keep all that in check (if you don't lose the weight) I bet it motivated her to get on it.

spice how many women do you think she influenced not to hit the gym during the peek of her fame? All the women that listen to the bs she was taking about being big and healty don't have the resources she had to loses the weight.
