Major connect to all kinds of Ballers BUT I don't wanna ruin a friendship! HELP!
Hola my loves!
So I have a homebody who just made his Sports management company official and has already signed a few Athletes and has MAJOR connections to all kinds of ballers. He recently moved back to our hometown (which is in the same state) to be closer to his son but we always talk and text. He's one of my best friends and he knows I'm interested in talking to a "certain" type of man lolol( We joke about suga mamas/daddies, ballers etc all the time). Seeing as how I'm starting to pursue my quest of "snaging a baller" more seriously ( at least one while I'm still young and semi carefree) I've been thinking about asking him to help me...but given our friendship and his business I'm not sure how that would come off/ play out. I don't want my ACE BOON COON to think less of me as a friend or look at me like some sort of desparate groupie because as a Rep for a client who you "set up" with a female friend it would look bad on him if things went south you know? ....Idk how to pull this off. He's the perfect resource!!!! But I don't wanna use my friend or make him look bad as a businessman or even worse f*** up our friendship of almost 10 years!
So how should I approach him about setting me up with some of his clients, if at all?

Just ask him to hook you up. If anything you might be hurt before any of the guys he works with will.

I wouldn't approach him about setting you up with this clients but I woul definitely make sure I go with him to events he attends with all of his baller clients! You wanna be able to see all of them and take your pick, plus you don't want one of your best friends to think you're using him. Just hit him with the "I need to get out, can I roll with you?" when you know he's going to a hot spot filled with ballers and let the night play out ;)

+1, Good luck chica! and also just be careful with the situation because you don't want to lose a best friend over chasing a baller, 10 years is a lot to throw away over something that could just be temporary anyway.

+1 Just make sure to be seen. If you'e the type that ballers want they will come after. Also, how can you use your connect to better yourself business or education wise?

If he really knows you, you good. I wouldn't ask him to actually hook me up, but I would tell him to let me know what parties/events are going on and to give me access. I wouldn't really let anyone know that we are really good friends, just acquaintances.

Just be careful. Most of those dudes won't be worth it in the long run! You never know, you and your buddy may possibly end up together :) Just a thought! But hey whatever have FUN!!
