My ex used to always tell me he would position himself to where the ass is gonna be, that way he was never caught turning his head! Obama needs to adopt that rule.
The only exception to the rule was when the ass was too phat and worth getting in trouble over.

Pictures are very deceiving.....There is video and it shows him turning around about to help the girl (in the black top & flower skirt) down the stairs and he was making sure she didn't miss a step. Just imagine if you were getting your picture snapped every single second, it will show u doing some strange things too.
Now also in the video, the white man is looking at the girls ass, and literally turns around to look at her go all the way up the stairs, yes he WAS caught lookin at her. Obama paid her no mind....
Sorry to be a buzz kill..... lol
