So, you gave me the business a few pages back for my "dramatic scenario" but I was not trying to insult your intelligence!  I'm sure your a witty girl, I was only trying to give you something to consider.  So no harm intended!  Here's something else to consider, the Freedom of Information Act should be your bff.  Go to your counties clerk of courts webpage and you can find out if he has any cases against him.  Probate court will let you know if he has a marriage license and county auditor will let you know if he owns property.....
