For the nightlife during All-Star weekend is it better to buy VIP tickets to everything? Does it make any difference with General admission and VIP since it's going to be so many people there?

Depends on where you go. Some clubs have areas just for VIP individuals and if you didn't pay for VIP most likely you will be standing from a far looking. And for those spots without a designated VIP area I would still go VIP since usually that line moves much faster than the general admission line.
