*record scratch and GASP* Noooooooooooooooooooo!!!!! lol In this dude's case, yeah, he needed a reduction in spousal support. This man went through bankruptcy. In other words he was no longer living the high life an neither should his ex. I think this should be a case by case thing and not the rule.
If you are married to someone with Bill Gates pockets for 20 years or more and he divorces you and his pockets never suffer then I don't think his ex should either.
