has announced that Basketball Wives, What Chilli Wants and Brandy
and Ray-J: A Family Business has been renewed for a second seasons. The
three made decent amount of ratings for VH1 and will continue.
Basketball Wives will will begin filming its second season this summer.
The finale of the show will air May 30th. Brandy and Ray-J season finale
will air June 27th.
Definitely can't wait for the premier....

RoyceRoyce has been in the spotlight nearly her entire life. Born and raised
in Orlando loving all things sports, she is a former gymnast,
competitive cheerleader, and dancer for professional basketball teams in
both Miami and Orlando. Recently she started her own Burlesque Dance
Company Fantashique which travels all over Florida. The only thing more
colorful than her Fantashique dance moves is her personality. She is a
firecracker, a strong-minded, driven woman who is no stranger to
confrontation. While she's a sweetheart most of the time, Royce can turn
it on in a hot second and rarely bites her tongue. In the future, she
looks forward to pursuing her acting career, finding a new man, and
mixing with the rest of the basketball wives. Her hardest task with the
other wives will be debunking the negative stereotype that the wives
have against team dancers.
JenniferJennifer "Red Carpet" Williams is no stranger to the highlife having
grown up in South Orange, NJ, an upscale suburb just outside of New York
City. So it didn't surprise many when she ended up marrying a wealthy
and successful professional basketball player, Eric Williams, whom she
first met in 2000. Her glitzy lifestyle extends into her professional
life in being a high-end real estate agent and wildly successful
business owner of the upscale women's work out company Flirty Girl
Fitness. Behind all the bling, however, Jennifer supports several
charities and even founded Project Save the World to help fight several
different causes. Jennifer keeps her friends close and guards them
viciously. Her mercurial relationship with hubby Eric shows the unique
challenges and hard work it takes to be the wife of a professional
basketball player.
SuzieNo party in Miami really begins until Suzie Ketcham arrives. Having
lived in New Jersey, Hong Kong, Los Angeles, and now Miami, Suzie is
connected all across the country and is the social butterfly of the
basketball wives. She met professional basketball player Michael
Olowokondi while attending college at Pepperdine University and was
pregnant with their first child her senior year in college. They would
have two wonderful children and be together for 10 years before finally
splitting. Having been with an athlete for that long, Suzie knows the
ins and outs of the "game" and is extremely protective and loyal to her
friends. If she senses that one of her ladies is being attacked, she'll
be the first girl on the scene ready to have their back. Now, fresh off
her break up, Suzie has her eyes set on her multiple charities, her
amazing children, her luxury real estate agent ambitions, and of course,
tackling the nightclub scene with her best group of basketball wives.
EvelynEvelyn Lozada was born in Brooklyn, raised in the boogie-down Bronx and
is always in a New York state of mind. Raised solely by her mother, this
Puerto Rican beauty always aspired to break out of her relatively small
world and always dreamt of something bigger and better. Evelyn had her
first taste of the entertainment world when she took a job as an
assistant to a well known entertainment attorney to the stars and would
eventually meet and become engaged to the basketball star, Antoine
Walker. Evelyn moved to her adopted hometown of Miami in 2007 and now
co-owns Dulce (and dulceshoes.net) an upscale shoe boutique located in
Coral Gables, Florida. Dulce now allows Evelyn to live out her childhood
dreams of fashion. In addition to being a socialite that supports many
charitable causes, Evelyn takes great pride in being a devoted mother
and businesswoman. She is highly regarded as a fashionista and style
trendsetter. Even before she founded Dulce, Evelyn was photographed not
just because of ex-fiancé's game, but because of her own impressive
"shoe game".
GloriaThrough her sister, who was a highly touted basketball player, at the
age of only 12 years old, Gloria Govan would meet the man whom she will
soon marry, Matt Barnes. After several years apart, Matt and Gloria
would reconnect when he played near Gloria's hometown of Oakland. The
two fell madly in love and now have twin 16-month-old boys. At the young
age of 24, aside from planning the upcoming wedding of her dreams,
Gloria is also focused with businesses outside of basketball and is
heavily involved in several charities including Matt's very own Athletes
Vs Cancer. Her storybook relationship always seems to be questioned by
the rest of the women who feel that it's maybe "too" perfect to be true.
Her hardest task is fitting in with the rest of the women who are
several years older and who constantly question her naïveté. Whether she
even cares what the others think is another matter!

I'm mad they call her plastic surgery but she does look like she's been pulled WAY too much. #sorrytosay
I actually think Jennifer is really pretty but her attitude is stank and those contacts needs to go. I love her style, tho. Very feminine, clean lines with a just the right amount of flare and color.
Now, I see why Royce acts so young. It's a mental thing. She doesn't see herself as a grown ass woman. She looks at herself as this young cutsie girl and thus, acts that way.
Are Suzie's veneers too big or something?
Evelyn comes off as EXTREMELY unhappy. :( Time heals all wounds..and hopefully her attitude.

me too...I just wanted to see who this Sandra girl was...I'm not a regular of the show....but I will say this since a friend forced me to watched this train wreck with her:
Shaunie is a big ol' pimp...when she says "jump" these bishes will ask "how high?"...smh
Suzie seems to have a lisp to me...it's annoying to listen to her speak. Hopefully she will sign up for a speech class at her local community college because she sounds like an idiot. And she is not attractive. The less camera time she has the better....the queen of Miami my ass...lol
Royce, oh well...she is young acting....and she doesn't care. I think she is silly for allowing Jennifer to talk to her any old type of way though....they are not friends like that so Royce should've told her to lay off of it.
Gloria seems to live in her own world and is probably harmless. I don't think the other ladies gave her a fair shot. She got thrown under the bus way before Evelyn and Jennifer came over to break bread. She is not her sister and I don't think should be held accountable for her sister's actions, including sleeping with Shaq. Every tub must stand on it's own bottom....why blame Gloria for what her sister did? Why even bring it up at all? Ugh...
Evelyn is a mystery to me. I really don't care about her struggle but I will say that it is telling of her character to leave a man after 10 years after he becomes the next broke "baller"....it probably wasn't REAL love...just together out of convenience I'm sure...she claims she opened up her store DULCE "on her own"....yeah right. I don't buy it...I'm sure she pocketed some of Mr. Walker's money to make that happen....she's not being honest. She pretty and looks good but she sometimes acts older than what she is....there's a hint of a judgmental old hag in there ready to come out....which is surprising since she is hip to taking naked pictures of herself (which are now on the net...)
Jenn....where do I begin. She is the fakest of them all. I heard of people who are nouveau riche dropping names of people they encounter but do we all have to really hear her say "let me put down my Chanel bag"....oh come on! Every bad bish has at least one if not a stash of them so she is not impressing nobody with that mess. And how is she going to say to Royce that she should be glad to be in their "inner circle"? Of what???? They are ALL D list if anything so what's so special about that...they are reality stars...hell even Delicious was once one too...she is still a regular chick today. Jenn is too full of herself. I hate to bust her bubble but I don't see her being on the cover of People Magazine (by herself) like she is Jennifer Aniston or some celeb with public marketability. So she needs to sit the hell down and shut the hell up. Nobody is "jealous of her boogie"!!! Who is she to say at that OchoCinco party there were "no notables" there....I hope she also meant her ass too...What a dummy. He (ex) husband, Jabber Jaws, was no catch but she endured his mug enough to start a business from being his wife...she knew what was up and you can tell had no REAL love for him....another relationship of convenience. She looked insecure as hell stepping up to that Sandra girl too. Flashing her ring and all....okay. And? Like she had something to prove. Sandra seemed cool and just tried to let her know that she was getting all jealous over nothing.....Jenn is a drama llama.
Seriously the show isn't worth the name...it should just be called "Girls of NBA Ballers" or something.

Finally got to watch all current episodes and of course, I found something wrong with everyone,LOL. But I can't stand Eve and the tall dark bouge one, I think her name is Jennifer. And who was that one that looked like she was retarded? The one on the episode where they are at some party and she charges up the "groupie"? The white chick with black hair and sound like mush mouth?
Also, It pissed me off when they went to Gloria's house for dinner and the way they were talking like we don't like her but we are going to make an effort. B**** pleazzze! And you could tell the girl husband didn't like their azzes and straight up said don't come try to influence his gal, LOL! Also on the cool he was telling them don't start no s*** when they brought up the cheating and NFL. You could tell their noses were stuck up in the air like they were queens on a throne or something.
And who the hell is engaged for ten years! Maaannn, there is no such thing, never will be such a thing, and if you stupid enough to believe that for 10 years you were engaged to someone (SMH, while LOL) I see why he left your stupid azz cause obviously you are not that smart and he knew it!
