Ok,so I got a interview
As you all know I moved to Miami almost two months ago I had been sending out my resume and I finally got a callback to interview....Well I have a facial piercing and I am debating whether or not I should take it out its a small diamond.The position is in the fashion industry where people typically have radical looks. Should I or should I not take it out?

IMO, take it out for the interview and when you get the job you can gradually phase it in.

Take it out UNLESS it's a fashion house like Balmain or Rick Owens. If you're interviewing at a department store or small boutique, take it out.

Definitely take it out. You can put it back in when you get hired. That first impression is EVERYTHING.
