Our Children..Whats going on with them?

I am on the phone with a friend and she is telling me about a situation that happened at a local elementary school. Two third graders one eight and one nine. The nine year old girl unzips and takes out the eight year olds penis and gives the little boy "head". When the child raises his hand to tell, the teacher tells him to put his hand down.
Now, what I would like to know is where has this little girl been to know how to give head??? Has someone been doing this to her? I just have alot of questions in my head right now. I am in an OH MY GOD state of shock right now.

Yea my friend is a teacher and tells me storys like this alot.. I think this has alot to do w the home situation , what these kids see from their parents, Tv shows ect .. Its very sad. If the childern are our future IM SCARED

It's shocking, but they'll have to question her. Kids these days have too much access to information & we live in an age where 'reality stars' all 'release a sex tape' for fame & fortune. This is sometimes the result of that.

Parent have to monitor what thief child is exposed to at home and who thief child is around. I have some family members I wouldn't let my child even spend a few hours with let alone keep for the night.

She should definitely sue and that teacher should be fired! It's one thing to know about information and another to act on it. That little girl needs some serious parental guidance.

Children are naturally curious, so once they are exposed to sex either by the media, home situations of from talks with friends at school they naturally want to know what it is and how to do it. Parents need to watch there children and tell them what is inappropriate behavior, but at the same time you have parents who could care less and they themselves do not what inappropriate behavior is either. I went to Condom Sense to find a Halloween Costume a couple weeks ago and saw a lady in there with her two kids, they were about 6 and 11. Don't you think this kids were wondering what all that stuff was? Hell Im 22 and I'm still curious as to some of the stuff in that store. Parents need to Be Parents

Maaaaan, I'll say this: two third graders. I'm 26 and I have a little brother who's eight--who very well could have been my son as he was born the day I graduated high school. When you have kids who have hoodrat moms and thug dads, who are in their early 20s with grade school children, then the situation is sad because the parents don't see anything wrong with their parenting skills and defend their kids' bad behavior.
UGH!!
And fire this teacher if she is so blind that she can't see what's happening in her own classroom.

This happens often .... one of my family members said that when he was in kindergarten an older boy unzipped his pants in the school bathroom and put his mouth on his penis but he stopped him , ran and told the teacher . They suspended the other kid for 3 days but that's all ....... He still sees that kid and he wants to whip his ass every time ! People should do a better job of educating their kids about what to do in emergency situations !

LOL@ upgrade me! "hoodrat moms and thug dads" its not really funny though : / . Yea... umm my kids will be either in catholic school, or I'm moving to a white/Asian neighborhood where the tomfoolery is not acceptable. I know that doesn't apply for junior high but can we at least keep elementary school PG rated damn. Kids just aint how they used to be.
