My dentist keeps pushing me to get them at $10k, I'm not looking spend $10k on my mouth. lol

why do you want to get them?  I know to have a better smile/teeth, but can you do that with braces and some other cosmetic procedures?

Yeah, why not get invisaligns? They are so much cheaper and your teeth will look a lot better than with veneers IMO.

They require maintenance which equals thousands more dollars in the long run. After years of regular wear and tear they can start to crack, change colors or even become "see through" which is what happened to an athlete friend of mine. He paid about 10000 to get them and ended up going back 3 years later and spending 2000 more on a tooth that started to crack after just regular eating/drinking. Also, the process requires permanent altering of your own teeth which means if you don't like them, there's no going back. They "file" your teeth down for those things usually. Besides that, big chiclet teeth are not for everyone (or should I say ANYONE). Unless your teeth are chipped or damaged beyond repair, veneers/caps should be a last resort

Thats what def turned me off.  They were doing the girl teeth on AMerica's Next Top Model and I was like ewwww they shave your actual teeth down..no thanks
