So, my digital read Pregnant five days ago. I have been waiting for my actual date to start, thinking it would still come, but today is the day and still no action, so I guess the tests were right. I have been feelin sooooooo funny about this. Like I am 16 and pregnant, lol. He told his mom yesterday, and since I can't hold water, I told my mom the first day I took a test like a week ago. Anyway, I guess im about to have a baby soon. Im 31 in three weeks and he just turned 38 last week. It will be the first for both of us, so I guess i'm kinda excited. Yall about to be some Aunties and Uncles!!!! We are supposed to go to the courthuse....I know right. The first time he mentioned the courthouse about a month ago, I thought he was talking to some imaginary person standing behind me, lol. I aint tryna do no courthouse wedding, but now, i'm all for it. I can't be a BM at 31....that ish was for my 20's lol. Anyway to help yall out I will list a few suggestions of gifts yall can send the baby (and me):

• Siren - Some of your writings on how I can be a good wife
• CC - Some things for me to consider in the future for good financial planning
• Black - Some old Chi-town Baller type ish since I think u a secret baller lol
• Smitty - Tips on how to be a great mother
• Spice - Some ol high style Canadian ish
• Bling - Some ol High fashion NY ish
• Tone - Some ol I'gnant ish
• Midwest - Some ol good WG ish like Udder Creme so by body can still bang during my transition lol
• Ally - Some fly ish from your travels across the world OR some ol Malaysian Wave, so a bish hair can stay poppin lol
• Boss and Eleven - Some ol Ballin azz ish, like a diamond-out rattle lmao
• DJ - Some ol Texas Longhorn wear cuz i'm willing a boy in my life lol
• Brii - Some books so he can be smart as you
• SB - Some of your go getta mentaility
• Dolla - the money u had in the pic and some rude ish to say when folk on my nerve
• Black Snake Moan, Ms. BoiBye and Miss Double - some slick ish to say to keep my man in check, lol
• KrystyyMia - you can be a witness at our courthouse wedding lol
• Just Me, DoubleD, Mese and Baby Baller - some good advice for when I feel like I just can't make it.
• LuvSmooches - Some tips to be as loving and understanding as you are
• Maddie - Some FRESH Nikes lol I know u gots style

Yall know I'm silly on Monday's so it's all fun. Thanks for your advice and input for this tread, I appreciate yall's advice and reading. I know I forgot some folk, so I might add to it LOL

You want four???? OOO girl, more power to you. I had my first at 24 and it took me 8 years to do it again! lol  But times have changed and 31 is not old for having your first baby. I have some career type friends that just started their families at close to 40. So blessings to you and yours. Sending healthy baby vibes and life long love your way.

My sister just had her second at 29. My mom had five and her last was at 36 I think. We got them child bearing hips in my family lol. I want to have four kids, so they may be back to back and I may end up in a wheelchair lol.

I just want to say......you know you too old for this sh*t, right???  I had my daughter at 32 and I was hopitalized a WEEK!!!!!  Til this day I cant tell you what was wrong with me.........they say I was just too old for that sh*t   lmao

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I'm not on here a few days I miss everything! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!! I am so excited and happy for you and wish you nothing but the absolute best! You're going to have a new baby and a new husband...what an exciting time in your life! Is this the same guy from a few posts back? I think 31 is the perfect age to have a baby, my Mom had me at 30 and I don't want a child until around then as well. And LMAOOO girl I got you on all the WG s***, Udder Creme, Aquahor, the works! But truth be told Cocoa Butter is my favorite! LOL

OMG! CONGRATS! I'm glad someone has great news. Thirty one is a perfect age to have children. I'm glad you realized being a BM at thirty one is not a good look. Some women don't care but it speaks volumes. At least you are TRYING to do the right thing. Thus, take your best outfit down to the courthouse and make a beautiful home with your new hubby. I wish you ALL the best *hugs*
