I went shopping today and I ran into an old coworker of mine. We were catching up on old times and just having that forced type of conversation that you have with someone you haven't seen in a while, small talk. Anyway, he proceeds to tell me that his aunt passed away and he was in the mall looking for something to wear to her funeral. I gave my condolences and asked if he didn't mind me asking what happened. He told me she had pussy cancer. I kid you not. I said "what"? Not because I didn't hear him, but because I was in shock. He repeated it and said " she had cancer in her pu-" I walked away before he could finish the sentence. Why are people so damn ignorant? I remember him being a clown and immature, but the bullshit has to stop somewhere.

I am going to go out on a limb and say that people act strangely when someone they love dies. They sometimes make really sick jokes or do things that are not appropriate. When my friends father passed away she didn't cry or show any emotion but at the funeral she started to crack and would yell her answers to questions people asked her. She finally broke down in body shaking sobs.
