If he was a good father and the only reason he wasn't paying the support was because he couldn't afford to, if I were in the position, yes I would pay to keep his child from becoming another statistic and to keep the man I love out of jail. I'm not one to date a man with kids but I learned the hard way, you can't always control what happens or who God chooses for you...

All that isnt necessary if he's a stand up guy. You have to be tens of THOUSANDS of dollars behind to be arrested. If he was paying it all the time, he should have several years to get it together before the law comes knocking
