Hmmmmm.......I didnt think about that. I got the impression that he never stopped hanging out at the neighborhood crackhouse where successful black men are extinct.

LOL @Smitty! He probably still is but now that he has been around a few record execs and other executives affiliated with the biz, PR firms, image consultants, etc he has probably been exposed to whole new type of black woman and these sisters ain't having any of him. They see him as the flash in the pan that he ultimately will be.

This part right here is what got me:

hey ladies * waves*

Look I'm a Mexican woman and I have a daughter with a black man. My daughter is going to grow up knowing BOTH sides of her heritage, and I'm going to make sure of that. I'm proud that she is Hispanic and I'm proud that she is black! Both mine and her dads family have strong independent women that she can look up to. She is going to know two different (but in a lot of ways the same) points of view on life, love and etc.

I think its ignorant to say one is better than the other because lets face it - both Hispanics and blacks get treated unfairly because our color is different than white. I have read a couple of racist comments from women on here and its like WOW really? We are all minorities and by browns saying we're better than blacks or blacks saying their better than browns is NO DIFFERENT than white people saying that WE ALL are inferior to them! That's the very thing we have been trying to stop for years!!!

We need to stop trying to declare who is better and just live our lives as the strong intelligent people we are! Yes, every race has its idiots i.e. slim thug, Amanda diva, the girl who is sleeping with CB, etc etc etc. But to go in on an entire race because of the actions of a few is just plain ignorant.

And anyways my girl will know how to make Mexican AND Soul food so top that!!! LOL

Amanda is an idiot too if she don't think what Slim Thug said is disrespectufly and ignorant. You can't diss a whole race based off of your experience. If I remember correctly, he admitted that he cheated on LeToya, a black woman. He, a black man, was the problem in the relationship, not her. Slim has never met all women to box us all into a category. Slim said his girlfriend is mixed, and her good qualities are from her caucasian side. WTF? Everything he said wrong about black women can be said about women of all races. SIT THE FU** DOWN!
