they r great but like bmw's. what i mean by that is....when something f**** up, u usually have to take it to the dealership....(no shade tree or hood mechanics should be under the hood) the part will most likely be expsensive (so going to ur local part house want be an option) but i hear they have great concierge service (s*** they better for what u gone pay lol)  my uncle has one (range rover 4.6 supercharged) he never really seems to have any major problems out of it so u should be fine.just make sure u take it in for maint, on the scheduled time frame. alot of different things can get the warrant voided out on these vehicles. not following that scheduled maint. calendar is a major one!! good luck!!!

I've always been dissuaded from buying a RR.  That's all i used to want but every person I know who knows a great deal about cars/trucks said not to buy it. 

I highly suggest you buy brand new or buy something with a factory warranty still on it.

I have a Mercedes now and anytime a light comes on to the dealership we go. I'm going to purchase a service warranty for the truck.

I've been told good and bad stories but I want white one to be exact. I have test driven other trucks but I love that one. But I will purchase an extended service warranty.

Warranty or Lease so you don't have to worry about maintenance.. my old dude Range use to stay in the shop.

as long as u get the extended warranty covering big things like: engine, transmission, alternator, etc. u will be fine. if u drive a benz now...then u want notice any change with the range because u will deal with the same stuff.

I bought my truck Monday and it arrived to the dealership yesterday. I am in Jacksonville and the mark up is extremely high so I did a search and saved a few thousand by having it shipped from another Florida Land Rover dealership. I love it! I was extremely excited to find out that I was fully financed and didn't need any money down. I purchased an extended warranty good up to 175,000 miles with a $300 deductible and it covers all major repairs. I did alot of research and I decided if I was going to pay for a new car I wanted to buy something I like.

HUBBY'S IS A YEAR OLD THIS MONTH, AND HE STAY UP AND DOWN THE HIGHWAY, NO PROBLEMS (knock wood!) PLUS IT DRIVES SO NICE! I WISH HE HAD GOTTEN BLACK AND NOT CRANBERRY BUT MY YUKON REP A LITTLE SOMETHING :) CONGRATS ON YOUR NEW BABY!
