Boss mentality
This is the recognition that you, as a man, have been blessed with the God-given right to lead. This does not necessitate that you become the owner of a business, which is the typical sense we think about when we speak of bosses, but rather I am speaking of leading in an area that is much more important than mere finances. As a man, you are given the responsibility to deal with actual lives. You are the one who is responsible for your own life as well as those who fall under your leadership. Your life and those who fall under your leadership is your 'domain'.
Women are attracted to leaders. Humans in general are attracted to quality leadership. It has always been this way and always will be. This is a key reason women typically react so favorably to men with fame and money. They subconsciously associate prosperity with effective leadership. Then after that recognition comes the desire to serve. Why is it that you can 'do everything right', put in all of this work, give her whatever she wants and a woman won't listen to you, but she'll 'do anything' to go backstage with an R&B singer.
Women are built to seek out men who are leaders and they are subconsciously built to test out that man to see whether he is on a firm foundation. This is why that a lot of times a woman will seek an R&B or musical star in general out and do anything when she first meets him, and then as he takes a liking to her and starts to elevate her, her whole demeanor changes. Look at Drake for example... He has women willing to do anything because he's famous, but once he takes one of them on and starts hitting them with lovey dovey nonsense and starts elevating these women, they get in the wind. Many of these musicians, ball players, and other people have a FACADE of leadership. They demonstrate leadership on a financial basis, but fail to demonstrate it on a personal basis in their interactions with women. Women are attracted to the fruits of their career leadership in the fame and fortune. However, when these men interact with these women, they do not demonstrate the leadership to them that they did in their career. When these women get to know these men on a personal basis and are no longer blinded by the fame and fortune, they determine the man to be weak and soon get ghost. Ultimately, you must demonstrate leadership not only in your career, but most importantly, your LIFE AND in your interactions with women.
The program
As a leader, you have what we can call 'a program' or an administration. This encompasses the summation of the rules and regulations that you operate by and how it affects others. Your program is the principles by which you ultimately abide by. You, as a man, are the one who must uphold and maintain proper laws. The extent to which you uphold these laws will, in a large way, determine the respect you get. This is why it is often said consistency is key.
A lawless man is an unstable man and is one who is prone to be tossed to and fro by the trials and tribulations of life. In life, everything is cause and reaction. This is a life of ORDER. You commit an action and then there is a reaction. If you recognize the order of life and abide by effective rules and maintain that those around you follow those rules as well, then your life will be fruitful.
Laws and principles are the philosophies that underpin your action and are regulating forces for your actions and for the actions of those around you. These laws and principles and the extent to which you adhere to them will determine whether your leadership is successful or whether it is a failure. This is why it is of utmost importance to have effective laws and principles from which you DO NOT DEVIATE. The principles a man upholds WILL determine who that man is.
Why do thugs and bad boys often get the women over "nice guys"? In a large extent, the 'bad boys' demonstrate leadership personally to women more than the nice guys. Nice guys typically DEFER their leadership and CEDE their authority. They will allow women to make slick comments to them and to undermine their authority. They will allow women to lead them. They will say things such as, "Baby, what do you want to do? It's whatever you want." "Bad boys" do not cede this authority and do not let women undermine them.
Imagine if you were on the cruise and the captain of the cruise asked YOU how to steer the ship. Imagine if upon holding a conversation with the captain, you realized you probably knew more than he did about how to steer the ship. Would you be confident about wanting to remain on that ship for long? You want a captain that is 'above you' and knows more than you to direct the cruise. It makes your trip much easier and makes you feel much more at ease that your captain is competent and has authority. It enables you to relax knowing that your captain is seasoned and knows how to respond to any issues that may arise. it is ultimately the reason why you are paying so much for the trip in the first place. Being under solid leadership enables you to enjoy yourself much more.
This is why respect and competence is of utmost importance. Why would anyone stick around for your program if they knew more than you or if they held more authority than you? You will not respect one who does not know what they are doing. Incompetence breeds resentment and disrespect. If you do not respect someone, you do not follow their leadership. However, if you are under competent leadership, then you are much more willing to follow orders. But why follow leadership in the first place? Because you expect the fruits of the leadership to be sweet. You go to work and listen to your boss, because you want the fruit of that paycheck. if your boss does not know what he is doing and isn't operating in a fashion that is profitable, you will not follow him. If he is operating in a fashion that everyone around him is prospering and he is the go-to man when it comes down to the operation, you will much more willingly listen and do what he tells you. It is the exact same thing with women. As a man, you may follow what Bill Gates or Warren Buffett will tell you when it comes to making money because you realize that doing so will be prosperous.
Thus, women are looking for men to submit to, but they constantly test a man's leadership to see if it is SOLID. This may seem in contrast to reality when it seems like a lot of women are choosing men who ruin their lives. The reality is that these bad boys demonstrate more leadership to the woman PERSONALLY than do the nice guys. The nice guys demonstrate leadership in their careers, but they become deferential when it comes to dealing with women. Strong authority produces a certain feeling that is not present in the lack of authority, and when it comes to women, it all boils down to feelings.
Men mistakenly think women WANT some sort of good and they try to go down this checklist of things to GIVE her. This is wrong. That is why men often say, "Women do not know what they want." The real issue is that men do not know what to give women. Women want to FEEL a certain way. Women do not ultimately want objects, because objects give us a temporal feeling. We feel nice about them for a little while and the feeling soon passes. Women may like the trinkets you are adorning her with, but they will not make her feel the same way a man who nows how to really talk and deal with her will. Women want that deep rooted feeling that comes from being around a true man... a true boss.
Now, when we are around those we perceive and trust as leaders, we feel a certain way around them that we do not feel around those who we do not. We are more at ease and feel that everything will be ok (safe). We enjoy ourselves more once those worries are diminished. Thus, we are much more willing to serve these leaders to maintain that feeling. It is the same for women. They do not want to be around men who are deferential to them, as it robs them of a certain deep-rooted feeling of comfort and security that comes from being under strong leadership.
I will continue to elaborate on some of these more particular issues to further increase understanding, for as God states in the Bible, "My people suffer for a lack of understanding." Stay tuned.

I could not read all this either, but I can tell you women are not going after r/b, hiphop, etc. for "boss" reasons, they are interested in the money associated with that so called boss and want to not have to worry about the bills, have a nice car, etc. I don't know who's azz you pulled this out of but I am going to need you to go back and tell whoever this is to go back and start over cause this here, from the little bit I have read, is BS! Not that he didn't have some points, but it is still some serious flaws.

*Sigh* Well Tone, I bit the bullet and read your loooong article. Heres my reaction:
A) A man can have ALL the leadership skills in the world; but if he doesn't have the good sense God gave a billy goat then those skills are not going to get him very far in life.
B) Even if a man possesses the aforementioned leadership skills, if hes is not in a position to use them then they are wasted.
C) Very few women will follow even the BEST of leaders to the poorhouse.
D) Next time you post an article proof it first... If I wasn't a speed reader that ish would have worked my last bit of nerve.

First off speak for men you and no one else needs to tell a site full of WOMEN that they need to listen! Nothing about this post was for women so what is it they need to listen too? And also, if you don't have the wallet (loads of cash) or credentials (degrees, licensure,etc), you can think and act like a boss all you want, but that doesn't make you a boss! In order for this whole idea to work I am going to need the fellas to get on our level! Everyone on this site is about that money, all the other BS can walk! Women in general are about making money, no longer are the days when you just sit at home barefoot and pregnant. And If you not in the same financial bracket as me or above, then you can't tell me ish about being a boss! Bet not dare act like you the boss if you make less than me!

What he is saying is that money and fame don't mean you will be successful with women. Let's say you start to date drake you're excited by the lifestyle that he is giving you. then you start to get to know him and he is corny as fukk to you. After awhile the material things are not going to mean much to you because your not happy with him as a person.
